Captain – Mark Everard
Mark has been around boats all his life, so it is no surprise that he has made it his career. Mark has been Captain of both sail and motor yachts and has cruised all over the world. As well as being a MCA Master of Yachts he is also a RYA qualified water sports instructor. His interests off the boat include Rugby, Cricket and Golf although he talks a better game than he plays !!



Chief Engineer – Jeremy Smither


Jeremy is from Cowes on the Isle of Wight. He has spent nearly half his life on the water, starting from family sailing holidays, through cruising the world for 4 years, becoming an Ocean Yachtmaster Instructor, and an Engineer onboard Superyachts. He has been involved with yacht sizes from 40ft to 66m.

Hobbies: Water sports, golf and Playstation



First Mate – Kevin Hinds

South African

Kevin is originally from Johannesburg but spent a number of years living in Durban, where he developed a passion for the ocean.

After completing University, Kevin lived in London for eight years and managed large commercial contracts for Local Government. Seeking a new challenge out of the corporate world Kevin turned to Yachting in 2013. His drive and dedication has seen him rise quickly through the ranks from Deck crew to First Mate.

Hobbies: Golf, Skiing and Snorkelling



Chief Stewardess – Helena Bulow


Helena was born and raised in Bruzaholm, Sweden. She spent her summers with family, sailing and motoring around the small islands around the Karlskrona archipelago.

Helena spent many years in England, working in high-end service and hospitality. Her love of travel eventually led her to Croatia in 2012 where she was introduced to the super yacht industry. Since then Helena has worked aboard luxury yachts for the last 3 years, ranging in size from 35 to 73 Metres.

Hobbies: Paddle boarding, kayaking, skiing and snorkelling



Second Stewardess – Jessica Burgar


Jessica grew up in Perth, Australia and in 2008 she graduated with a Master of Architecture. Her passion for travel and hospitality eventually saw her take a career break which initially landed her in luxury ski chalets in the resort town of Whistler, Canada, before discovering super yachting. New to the industry and full of enthusiasm, her creativity and attention to detail make her a dynamic stewardess.

Hobbies: snowboarding, scuba diving and creative industries such as music and photography
